The role

We are hiring 1–2 Spa Trainees to begin their journey in The Mezzanine — the first tier of our structured career development program. This is an entry-level, fully trained position. You do not need prior spa experience. You need the right attitude and a genuine desire to create exceptional experiences for every guest who walks through our door.

Training is hands-on, structured, and progressive. You will learn manicures, pedicures, and gel services from the ground up, with a clear pathway to advance through our tier system as your skills and client metrics grow.

What you will be doing

- Delivering manicure, pedicure, and gel services under guided training
- Creating a warm, welcoming experience for every guest
- Building your client book and working toward advancement benchmarks
- Contributing to a team culture that is positive, grounded, and ego-free
- Participating in training sessions, which may require travel within British Columbia

Pay: From $18.25 per hour
