We are seeking a Janitor/Cleaner for our clients busy Manufacturing facility in Orton.Job

Responsibilities:

- Clean and maintain the cleanliness of all assigned areas, including offices, restrooms, break rooms, and common areas
- Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors
- Empty trash receptacles and replace liners
- Clean and sanitize restroom fixtures and replenish supplies
- Dust furniture, fixtures, and equipment
- Clean windows, glass surfaces, and mirrors
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and request restocking as needed
- Follow established safety procedures and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE)
- Perform other duties as assigned

Experience:

- Previous experience in janitorial experience within a manufacturing environment is preferred
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques and equipment




- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Robust attention to detail and time management skills
- Duties entail cleaning lunchrooms, bathrooms, wiping common areas, etc

Payrate: $20/hr.

Shift: 8:00AM - 4:00PM

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Orton, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:

- Janitorial: 1 year (required)
- Cleaning: 1 year (required)

Language:

- English (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence/ vehicle to commute (required)
