Trimlite Mfg. Inc. owns and operates 10 locations in 4 countries that manufacture and distribute interior doors, exterior doors, door glass, and door accessories to the single family and multi-family housing markets. Customer service representatives are a crucial component to our day-to-day operations in maintaining the level of service that has made us and continues to make us so successful.

This role is a strong fit for someone with sharp analytical and data skills, a high level of accuracy, and an outgoing, personable style suited to speaking with customers every day.

Hours: Monday – Friday, 7:30am-4:00 pm.

Position Responsibilities (Not Limited To):

- Accurately entering customer orders submitted via email and phone.
- Quoting from list prices and cost-up vendor quotes.
- Building and maintaining positive customer relationships by responding promptly and professionally to inquiries.
- Collaborating with the sales team on high volume quotes.
- Following up on sales-generated leads.
- Maintaining current knowledge of Trimlite product offerings.
- Identifying and resolving customer issues, escalating to Sales or Operations when needed.
- Assisting with data entry audits and analysis

Qualifications:

- Strong data entry accuracy, attention to detail, and comfort working with high volumes of information.




- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- The ability to maintain an organized physical and digital workspace.
- Excellent customer service skills, preferably with prior experience in inside sales, retail, or related fields.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel; experience with ERP/order systems considered an asset.
- The ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent problem solving and time management skills.
- A team player who takes ownership and follows through on commitments.

Knowledge of doors, millwork, and related building materials used in the construction industry is an asset, but not necessary. The position does not involve cold calling.
