Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Sprinkler Fitter to join our team. This role requires strong leadership abilities, a safety‑first mindset, and exceptional attention to detail. The successful candidate will be responsible for the installation of steel and CPVC fire sprinkler systems while assisting with overseeing jobsite workflows to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Installation, testing and maintenance of water-based automatic sprinkler systems.
- Read and interpret construction drawings, blueprints, and specifications
- Lead apprentices on site, providing direction, guidance, and mentorship
- Oversee daily jobsite operations, sequencing work to meet project schedules
- Ensure strict compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and industry best practices
- Conduct installation inspections to verify quality, accuracy, and completeness of installations
- Coordinate with site foreman, project managers, general contractors, and other trades
- Identify and resolve installation challenges, material issues, and workflow conflicts




- Maintain accurate jobsite documentation, including progress updates and as-built drawings.
- Uphold high standards of workmanship and professionalism at all times

- NFPA 13, 14, 24, 20 and 24
- Communication Skills: Clear verbal and written communication with clients, team members and supervisors.
- Microsoft office
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

Job Type: Full time

Pay: $43.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 – 44 per week

- Fire sprinkler fitting: 5 years (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Sprinkler Fitter License (required)
