Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Overnight Newborn Care Specialist to provide compassionate, attentive, and professional care for newborns during overnight hours. This role is vital in supporting families by ensuring the safety, comfort, and well-being of their newest family member through expert caregiving and nurturing. Responsibilities

- Provide attentive overnight care for newborns, including feeding, diapering, soothing, and monitoring sleep patterns
- Prepare and serve nutritious meals and snacks tailored to the baby’s dietary needs, ensuring proper feeding routines are followed
- Maintain a clean and safe environment by performing regular cleaning duties around the nursery and living areas
- Assist with light household tasks such as laundry, organizing baby supplies,



and maintaining hygiene standards
- Support families by teaching caregiving techniques and offering guidance on infant care practices
- Respond promptly to any infant needs or emergencies during the night, communicating effectively with parents or guardians as needed
- Document daily activities, feeding schedules, sleep patterns, and any concerns to ensure seamless communication with the family

Requirements

- Proven experience working with infants or young children in a caregiving
- Ability to perform light cleaning duties efficiently while maintaining high hygiene standards
- Compassionate caregiving approach with excellent observational skills to monitor infant health and safety
- Reliable overnight availability with flexibility to work during late hours and weekends as needed
- Certification or training in infant CPR or first aid is preferred but not mandatory; willingness to obtain certification is a plus
- Current valid security clearance for working with members of the vulnerable sector
