As the CNC Router Operator, you will be our ideal candidate if you are able to read and analyze blueprints, read G-Code, machine plastics, communicate material and/or program needs, and execute quality control.
The following are the available shifts: 1. afternoon shift - Monday to Thursday 3:00pm- 1:30am
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Balance excellent safe working habits with a healthy sense of urgency
- Set-up and operate various CR Onsrud CNC Router Machines
- Determine tooling, tool-paths, setup methods and fixtures to produce parts in most efficient manner Execute work orders relative to the scheduled due dates set by our scheduling department
- Embrace collaboration, accept suggestions, and a mentality of continuous improvement
- Organize the production area’s workflow
- Ensure resources are effectively utilized
- Be accountable for final product quality and documentation
- Lead by example. Safety in production begins with you
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Perform other duties as assigned
SKILLS, EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience required
- Ability to show initiative and manage your time as part of a high-functioning team
- Valuable English language communication skills; both written and verbal
