About the Role: We are a growing HVAC-R and custom sheet metal fabrication shop based in Langley. We’re looking for a versatile and skilled CNC Operator & Programmer to join our team. You don't need to be an absolute expert in every single machine on day one, but we need someone with solid hands-on experience who can hit the ground running and adapt quickly.

The Equipment You’ll Be Working With:

- CNC Fiber Laser Cutter
- CNC Press Brake & CNC Hydraulic Shear
- CNC 3D Robotic Welding Cell
- CNC Tube/Pipe Bender
- AutoDuct Coil Line

What We’re Looking For:

- Software: Must be comfortable using Autodesk CAMduct, AutoCAD, and Fusion 360 for programming and design.
- Experience: Hands-on experience setting up and operating at least a few of the machines listed above.
- Language Requirements: Must be fully bilingual in English and Chinese.
- Attitude: Reliable, detail-oriented, and ready to tackle custom manufacturing projects in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: $21.38-$38.51 per hour
