Client Referral Representative | Commission

We are a Vancouver-based education company providing individualized tutoring, mentorship, and academic writing support from elementary school through graduate level.

We are looking for a personable, self-directed Client Referral Representative to help us connect with new clients. Your role is simple: identify people in your personal, professional, student, parent, or community networks who may benefit from our services and introduce them to us.

Potential clients may include students, parents, university applicants, university students, graduate students, and professionals seeking academic or writing support.

Compensation

- $75 commission for every new client who completes their first paid session
- No cap on commissions
- No hourly wage or guaranteed income
- No minimum number of hours
- Flexible schedule
- We handle the consultation, enrollment, scheduling, and delivery of services

Previous sales experience is helpful but not required. What matters most is your ability to build relationships, recognize potential clients, and make effective introductions.

Referral and commission terms

A qualifying referral is a new client who was not previously in contact with us and who completes their first paid session. Referrals are attributed to the representative who first introduces the prospective client to us.

This is a casual, commission-only opportunity that can be pursued alongside school, another job, or other commitments. There is no guaranteed income.
