Duties

- Greet customers warmly and assist them with their orders, ensuring a positive dining experience
- Prepare food items according to established recipes and safety standards, maintaining quality and consistency
- Operate POS systems, including Micros POS, to process transactions accurately and efficiently
- Handle cash and credit card payments with precision, giving correct change and balancing registers at shift end
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, dining areas, and food handling zones in compliance with food safety regulations
- Upsell menu items to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales opportunities




- Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure prompt service and minimal wait times

Qualifications

- Previous food service experience or restaurant background preferred; familiarity with food preparation and serving techniques is a plus
- Experience operating POS systems such as Micros POS; strong cash handling skills required
- Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
- Ability to perform basic math accurately for transactions and inventory checks
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks during high-volume periods
- Kitchen experience or food industry background is advantageous but not mandatory; willingness to learn is essential
