OUTPEAK DBA CANADA MATS; BENTLEY TRIKE; COCO MATS N MORE; MAT SUPPLIER GROUP
Canada
We are looking for a hands on social media marketer to run our brand social profiles, build and manage our influencer and creator partnerships, and create content people want to watch, share and act on. You will own the day to day of our social channels, grow a network of creators who feature our products, and produce content throughout the week that also reaches customers through email and our websites.
Out Peak Services Inc. is a growing ecommerce and distribution company serving Canada and the United States. Your main brands will be Bentley Trike, Canada Mats, Coco Mats N More and Mat Supplier Group, spanning premium children's products, custom doormats and commercial flooring. Bentley Trike alone has an Instagram community of more than 100,000 followers. Our wider portfolio also includes Posh Baby & Kids.
You will have meaningful ownership of our social profiles, creator partnerships and content, with room to pitch ideas and test them. This is an in person role at our Burnaby office, where you will work alongside our videographer and design, writing, email marketing, web and paid advertising colleagues who can help turn robust concepts into larger campaigns.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Manage and grow our brand social profiles across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube Shorts, and LinkedIn. Build content calendars, tailor content to each platform, publish consistently, respond to comments and messages, and spot relevant trends early. Use keywords and hashtags so posts are found in platform search. Shape each brand's social strategy and channel priorities with the marketing team and take responsibility for follower growth and engagement on each account.
- Build and manage a network of influencers and user generated content (UGC) creators. Research audience fit and content quality, conduct outreach, negotiate collaborations within agreed budgets, and manage briefs, product shipments, deadlines, approvals and content usage rights. Keep a steady pipeline of creator content flowing and track what each partnership delivers.
- Create a steady flow of original content each week. Plan, shoot and edit short videos, take product and lifestyle photos, and write hooks, captions and concise copy. Take everyday content from idea to finished asset on your own.
- Find stories across the business. Work with sales, customer service and product teams to capture demonstrations, answer real customer questions, and develop customer stories and behind the scenes content.
- Collaborate with email marketing on launches, promotions and ongoing campaigns. Supply fresh images, GIFs, copy and customer stories, and adapt successful social or creator content for email.
- Work with the web team on product pages, landing pages and website campaigns. Create demonstrations, lifestyle visuals, testimonials and supporting copy that help customers understand products and buy with confidence.
- Work with media buyers to turn strong social and creator content into paid social ads. Produce new hooks, edits and variations, and use campaign feedback to improve the next round of content and creator briefs.
- Coordinate content deadlines across teams and maintain an organized asset library. Proofread everything before it goes out, and keep messaging, product details and approved offers consistent across social, email and web.
- Measure results and act on them. Use platform insights and Google Analytics to track follower growth, engagement, video retention, creator partnership output and website traffic. Work with channel owners to assess leads and sales where attribution is available, then recommend what to test next.
WHAT YOU WILL BRING
- Experience managing brand social media accounts, including planning calendars, publishing across platforms, community management and growing an engaged following.
- Experience finding and working with influencers and creators, including outreach, negotiating, briefing, partnership coordination and the basics of content usage rights.
- A portfolio of social accounts and content you personally managed or helped create, with a clear explanation of your contribution and results. Experience can come from brand, agency, freelance or your own successful channels.
- Strong practical skills in short form video, smartphone filming, basic photography, editing and copywriting. You can produce content independently, direct others and appear on camera when a concept calls for it.
- A good eye for hooks, pacing, storytelling and brand fit. You understand why content performs and can adapt your approach for parents, homeowners and business buyers.
- The organization and eye for detail to run several brand accounts at once, maintain a consistent production schedule, meet campaign deadlines and collaborate effectively with email, web and creative teams.
- Confidence using scheduling, editing, design and analytics tools. Meta Business Suite, TikTok Studio, Later, Hootsuite or Buffer, CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro,
Canva, Adobe Photoshop or equivalent tools are useful. We welcome practical use of AI tools with careful review for accuracy and brand voice.
Experience with Shopify or other ecommerce brands, email or website content, affiliate or ambassador programs, and paid social (boosted posts or Meta Ads Manager) will help you stand out.
WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE IN YOUR FIRST 90 DAYS

- A qualified creator pipeline, with initial collaborations producing usable content.
