About This Job:

BALANCED+ (https://balanced.plus) is looking for an IT Consultant to take lead in on-going IT projects in diverse business environments. You will get to work with great people in different organizations, uphold ITSM/ITIL principles, and improve IT business operations for our clients.

Responsibilities

· Lead in delivering IT projects

· Perform infrustructure review, discover business process, and needs analysis

· Implement and roll out of business applications as a proposed solution to client needs

· Install, configure and troubleshoot network equipment, Microsoft OS and applications in cloud and virtual environments, as well as installation, configuration and troubleshooting of data backups

· Perform monitoring of customers’ equipment in real-time as well as on a preventive maintenance program

· Write Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), manuals and other training materials

· Manage client's relationship on a regular basis

- Perform Project Management, IT budget and performance review

Job Requirements

· Extensive knowledge of computer architecture, Azure cloud, and networking

· Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time





· Robust command of the English language, both oral and written

· Driver's license and car to travel to client sites

· Positive attitude and desire to contribute

Other

The following skills will be considered as an asset:

· Microsoft Dynamics, Crystal Reports, Windows Server, MS SQL Server, VmWare, Veeam, Power BI, Microsoft Azure

· University degree or college diploma in computer science, engineering, or mathematics

· Demonstrated ability to work effectively with emerging technologies (Copilot, Cowork, Claude, Gemini)

Notes

· Onboarding and clients' introduction will be provided:

· Travel to/from the client site will be reimbursed (car required)

· Your performance will be evaluated on an annual basis, and direct feedback will be provided

Pay: $65,000.00-$85,000.00 per year
