We are looking for a FULL TIME RECEPTIONIST to add to our growing team!
We are certified by BMW, Mini, Porsche, Honda, Lexus, Toyota, Tesla, Certified Collision Care, Jaguar and Land Rover
Requirements:
-customer service experience/reception experience preferred
-must be organized and self-motivated
-positive and hard working
-team-player
Tasks include:
-providing our customers with the highest level of customer service
-fielding incoming calls
-greeting walk-in customers (for drop offs, estimates, etc)
-collecting payment for repairs-starting up and delivering files for customers
-speaking with insurance companies in regards to customer claims, etc.
-dealing with rental agencies for customer loaner vehicles
-keeping front office organized
**While experience in the collision industry is not a requirement (although it's an asset), all applicants should have experience working in a reception/administrative or customer service role.
