Job Overview:

We are seeking skilled subcontractors to join our team. As a subcontractor, you will be responsible for completing various slopped roofing projects efficiently and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities:

- Run your own crew of installers to complete assigned jobs

- Perform tasks such as tear off, clean up, and shingle applicating.

- Carpentry skill set required for potential re-sheeting or fascia removal and installation
- Utilize hand tools to complete assigned tasks
- Conduct heavy lifting and manual labor as required
- Ensure all work is completed according to specifications and regulations
- Utilization of pneumatic tools required for shingling and sheeting.
- Keep a cleanly work environment, tidy the worksite at the end of the EVERY day

Experience:

- 5 years proven experience with roof installation is mandatory.
- Proficiency in fall arrest,



supervising for safety.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and handle hand tools effectively
- Strong attention to detail and quality craftsmanship
- Excellent communication skills and ability to run a crew

Bonus:

Certainteed Master Craftsman Certificate

Fall Arrest

First Aid

(will provide certificate training to the right candidate)

Pay will be by the square rate per job.

Subcontractor must have valid and good standing WCB, and GST number.
