Job Summary

The Nestly Co. is a growing cleaning company building a trusted network of subcontractors and cleaning companies across the GTA. We're looking to partner with reliable independent cleaners and cleaning businesses who can take on overflow and specialty jobs — residential, condo, Airbnb, move-in/out, deep cleaning, and commercial/office work. This is an ongoing subcontract relationship, not a one-time job — the goal is a long-term working partnership.

What You’ll Do

- Complete residential, Airbnb, move-in/out, deep clean, or commercial jobs assigned through Nestly, based on your availability and specialty
- Follow The Nestly Co. quality checklist and documentation standards (before/after photos)
- Communicate professionally with our coordination team and, where applicable, directly with clients
- Provide your own equipment and products, or follow Nestly's product standards where specified

What We're Looking For





- An established independent cleaner or registered cleaning company with your own equipment
- Reliable transportation and availability to travel across the GTA
- Proficiency in English
- Robust communication and consistent, high-quality results
- If you run a cleaning business — or work independently and want steady, flexible overflow work from an established GTA cleaning company — we'd like to hear from you.

Job Type: Contract / Subcontract
Pay: Competitive subcontract rates, paid per completed job

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $25.00-$100.00 per hour
