GENERAL:

Bri-Chem Supply Ltd. is in the business of warehousing and delivering products used for drilling, cementing, completing and producing oil and gas wells. Bri-Chem Supply also provides supply chain solutions for mining, water treatment, environmental remediation and construction. Headquartered in Acheson, Alberta, the Company operates warehouses and stocks inventory throughout Alberta and British Columbia.

SUMMARY:

Reporting to the VP of Canadian Operations, the Warehouse Manager is accountable for the receiving, processing, storage, and delivery of products stocked by Bri-Chem Supply Ltd. and third-party tenants, which are also customers of the Company. The Warehouse Manager loads and unloads shipments of products in an accurate, safe, and timely manner on any truck leaving for rig sites and other customer locations. The Warehouse Manager is responsible for general maintenance of operating equipment and supplies as well as ensuring the condition of inventory by proper storage from weather, timely rotation of aged stock and safe disposal of any damaged or obsolete product as directed by customers or management.

SPECIFIC DUTIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

1. Oversee timely and accurate shipping/receiving of all Bri-Chem and third-party products.

2. Ensure products are stored in a protected and productive manner, utilizing warehouse space, minding the need for certain products to be stored indoors vs. outdoors.

3. Load and unload trucks as required per company standards.

4. Communicate with procurement to ensure inventory levels of Bri-Chem stock are maintained for customers.

5. Maintaining safe and clean work environment by keeping yard, interior shelves, pallet area, and workstations neat and organized.

6. Prepare production areas daily, troubleshoot, and repair equipment when necessary.

7. Handling products up to 100 lbs.



Restacking pallets of bagged and liquid product, sorting pallets of damaged goods into usable quantities, safe disposal of obsolete material.

8. Perform daily paperwork, managing customer chargebacks, delivery tickets, and stock transfer tickets.

9. Be available for emergency callouts which happen from time to time outside of normal business hours.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS REQUIRED:

- 5+ years of progressive experience in warehouse, distribution, logistics, or oilfield operations, preferably within the chemical or energy sector.
- Experience handling and storing hazardous and non-hazardous chemicals, including liquids, totes, drums, bags, and other chemical products.
- Strong knowledge of WHMIS 2015, Safety Data Sheets (SDS), chemical labeling, PPE, and safe chemical handling procedures.
- Working knowledge of Transportation of Dangerous Goods (TDG) regulations and requirements for the transportation and shipment of dangerous goods.
- Knowledge of applicable provincial occupational health and safety, environmental, and chemical-storage requirements.
- Experience with oilfield chemicals, drilling fluids, production chemicals, completion fluids, or related products considered a strong asset.
- Strong understanding of chemical compatibility, segregation, storage, spill prevention, and emergency response procedures.
- Experience managing inventory accuracy, cycle counts, lot/batch tracking, product reconciliation, and inventory aging.
- Experience with ERP and/or warehouse management systems,



including receiving, shipping, inventory transfers, purchasing, and order fulfillment.
- Ability to establish and maintain effective warehouse procedures, SOPs, and safety practices.
- Valid forklift certification and demonstrated experience operating material-handling equipment.
- Experience coordinating chemical deliveries to oilfield customers, drilling locations, field operations, and remote sites.
- Experience participating in warehouse inspections, incident investigations, corrective actions, emergency response, and safety meetings.
- Ability to maintain accurate documentation relating to inventory, receiving, shipping, TDG, chemical handling, inspections, and safety activities.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced oilfield environment.
- Demonstrated ability to control operating costs, improve warehouse efficiency, optimize inventory levels, and maximize warehouse utilization.
- Ability to work effectively with oilfield customers, chemical suppliers, carriers, contractors, and field personnel.
- Solid written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Outlook, and Word.
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
- Ability to work extended or flexible hours and respond to after-hours operational requirements or emergencies when required.
- TDG, WHMIS, First Aid/CPR, forklift, H2S Alive, Ground Disturbance, or other relevant oilfield safety certifications considered an asset.

Pay: $70,000.00-$85,000.00 per year
