Responsibilities

- Prepare and serve delicious food items according to company standards, ensuring quality and presentation
- Uphold food safety and sanitation standards through proper food handling, storage, and cleanliness practices
- Manage time effectively during busy hours to serve customers promptly and maintain smooth restaurant flow
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests warmly, taking orders,



and addressing inquiries or concerns
- Assist with up selling menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities
- Support kitchen operations by maintaining cleanliness, organizing supplies, and adhering to health regulations

Requirements

- Previous food preparation or food service experience is preferred but not required; enthusiasm to learn is key!
- Robust time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during peak hours
- Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude and clear communication abilities
- Knowledge of food safety protocols, sanitation procedures, and proper food handling techniques
- Basic math skills for cash handling, making change, and processing transactions accurately
