GS Commercial is looking for an experienced Metal Department Supervisor to lead and grow our commercial sheet metal division.

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who understands both shop fabrication and field installation, and can take ownership of quality, production, and crew performance.

What You’ll Be Responsible For:

- Overseeing daily operations of the metal department (shop + field)
- Fabrication and installation of cap flashings and counter flashings
- Managing crews, scheduling, and production targets
- Quality control on all fabricated and installed metal work
- Coordinating with project managers and site supervisors
- Ensuring jobs are completed efficiently, safely, and to a high standard

Requirements:

- Strong experience in commercial roofing sheet metal
- Proven track record with cap flashing and counter flashing systems
- Ability to fabricate accurately and lead installation crews
- Leadership experience (foreman or supervisor level)
- Robust attention to detail and pride in workmanship




- Valid driver’s license

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $30.00-$43.04 per hour

Expected hours: 50 per week
