Kodiak Roofing | Contract / Piecework

Kodiak Roofing is looking for 3 to 4 experienced subcontractor crews to help complete our roofing and soffit/fascia projects before winter. We’re looking for reliable crews that take pride in their workmanship, work safely, and follow through on the jobs they accept.

We’re accepting applications from shingle roofing crews, torch-on flat roofing crews, and soffit/fascia installers. Crews do not need to offer all three services.

This is a non-exclusive prospect. You’re welcome to continue working with other companies. We require clear communication about your availability and a commitment to completing the projects you take on.

Pay Structure

- Shingle roofing: Paid by the bundle.
- Soffit and fascia installations: Paid by the linear foot.
- Flat roofing: Rates agreed upon based on the project scope.

Rates and scope will be agreed upon before work begins.

Requirements





- An experienced crew capable of completing work safely and to a professional standard.
- Your own active WCB coverage and liability insurance, with proof provided before starting.
- A valid torch-on ticket for roofers performing torch-on work.
- Reliable communication, clean job sites, respect for customers’ properties, and the ability to meet agreed project schedules.

Include a brief summary of your experience and confirm that you carry your own WCB coverage and liability insurance. Flat roofing applicants must also confirm their torch-on certification. Photos of recent work are welcome.

Pay: $80,000.00-$160,000.00 per year
