Atripco Delivery Services is looking for a motivated and organized Warehouse Coordinator to support daily warehouse operations, administrative tasks, customer requirements, and dispatch activities in a fast-paced logistics environment. This role is ideal for someone with strong organizational skills, excellent attention to detail, and experience in warehouse operations, administration, customer service, and logistics.
As the Warehouse Coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting warehouse operations, maintaining accurate operational and customer documentation, assisting the CSR and dispatch teams, and ensuring daily warehouse activities are completed efficiently while maintaining a safe and productive workplace.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and support daily warehouse operations to ensure shipments are processed accurately and efficiently.
- Receive, organize, and maintain warehouse and shipment documentation.
- Upload and maintain files, documents, and operational information for different customers.
- Utilize warehouse management systems, courier software, Microsoft Excel, and Smartsheet to accurately enter, verify, and maintain operational data.
- Assist the CSR team with customer requests, shipment information, documentation, and operational follow-ups.
- Support the dispatch team with shipment information, documentation, driver requirements, and dispatch activities.
- Monitor warehouse and shipment activity and communicate operational issues to the appropriate team or management.
- Troubleshoot and assist with issues involving undeliverable shipments, missed scans, missing freight, shipment discrepancies, and damaged products.
- Support customer-specific pick and pack operations, sorting, staging, and shipment preparation as required.
- Maintain accurate records, reports, spreadsheets,
and customer updates through company systems and Smartsheet.
- Communicate effectively with warehouse staff, drivers, customer service teams, dispatch, and other departments to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse by keeping workstations, pallet areas, shelves, shipping, and supply areas in compliance with company safety procedures.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, operational procedures, and workplace health and safety standards.
- Perform other warehouse, administrative, and operational duties as required.
Experience:
- 1-2 years of previous experience in warehouse, logistics, distribution, or administrative operations.
- Robust computer skills and experience using warehouse management systems, courier software, Microsoft Excel, and Smartsheet.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a rapid-paced environment.
- High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to work independently during warehouse operations.
- Forklift certification is considered an asset.
Compensation: $45,000-$55,000 depending on experience
