Duties

- Assist with site cleanup, material handling, and equipment setup to keep projects running smoothly
- Load and unload materials, tools, and supplies safely and efficiently
- Support skilled tradespeople by providing necessary tools and materials promptly
- Follow safety protocols at all times to maintain a secure work environment
- Perform general maintenance tasks such as organizing work areas and disposing of debris
- Operate basic machinery and tools under supervision, ensuring proper use and safety compliance




- Contribute to maintaining a clean, organized, and hazard-free work site

Qualifications

- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
- Strong attention to safety procedures and guidelines
- Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude
- Basic understanding of construction or maintenance environments is a plus but not required
- Reliable transportation or access to the work site location
- Willingness to learn recent skills and take direction from supervisors
