In this energetic role, you will be on the front lines, assisting with a variety of hands-on tasks that keep projects moving forward efficiently and safely. Your contributions will help build, repair, and maintain infrastructure while gaining valuable experience in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities

- Assist with loading, unloading, and organizing materials and tools on-site to ensure smooth workflow
- Perform general site cleanup, including debris removal and waste disposal to maintain a safe working environment
- Support skilled tradespeople by fetching tools, supplies, and equipment as needed
- Help with site preparation activities such as setting up safety barriers and signage
- Carry out basic construction tasks under supervision, including digging, lifting, and moving materials
- Follow all safety protocols and wear appropriate protective gear at all times to ensure personal and team safety
- Participate in routine inspections to identify hazards and report any issues promptly

Requirements





- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting heavy objects, standing for extended periods, and bending or kneeling frequently
- Strong work ethic with a positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills
- Excellent teamwork skills and the ability to follow instructions carefully
- Basic understanding of safety procedures relevant to construction sites
- Prior experience in construction or manual labour is a plus but not required; training will be provided
- Reliable transportation to get to the work site daily
