Duties

- Provide professional skincare services including facials, exfoliations, and other esthetic treatments tailored to individual client needs
- Perform a variety of hair styling services such as cuts, blowouts, coloring, and styling for both walk-in and appointment-based clients
- Maintain strict sanitation standards by properly disinfecting tools, equipment, and workstations to ensure client safety and hygiene compliance
- Engage with clients through active communication to understand their beauty goals and recommend suitable treatments or products
- Upsell retail products and additional services to enhance client satisfaction and increase salon revenue
- Manage front desk responsibilities including scheduling appointments,



greeting clients, processing payments, and maintaining accurate client records
- Foster a positive client experience by delivering friendly customer service that encourages repeat visits and referrals

Experience

- Proven experience as an esthetician or skin care specialist with a valid license in esthetics or cosmetology
- Demonstrated expertise in hair styling techniques including cutting, coloring, and styling for diverse hair types
- Strong communication skills with the ability to connect with clients and understand their individual needs
- Knowledge of sanitation protocols specific to beauty services to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff
- Experience in retail sales or upselling beauty products is preferred but not required
- Previous front desk or customer service experience is a plus, showcasing your ability to manage appointments and provide excellent service in a fast-paced setting

Pay: $17.60-$18.00 per hour
