Transparent Choice Home Services is a local, owner-operated exterior cleaning company based in St. Albert. We clean windows for homeowners, property managers, and businesses across St. Albert, Edmonton, and the surrounding area — and we've built our name on doing the job right and treating customers like neighbours.

We're hiring Window Cleaning Technicians for our spring–fall season. If you're detail-oriented and take pride in a streak-free finish, you'll do well here.

WHAT YOU'LL EARN

You earn 15% commission on every job you complete. For our technicians that works out to roughly $22–$30+ per hour. Work efficiently and take on the bigger jobs and that number climbs — there's no ceiling on a good day.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

- Clean interior and exterior windows to a streak-free standard
- Clean tracks, sills, and screens as part of every job
- Use traditional (squeegee) and water-fed pole methods
- Work safely on ladders and at heights
- Keep equipment clean, organized, and in good working order
- Protect finishes, furniture, and landscaping on every property
- Represent Clear Choice on site — friendly, tidy, and respectful of people's homes

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

- Valid driver's licence and a clean driver's abstract




- Your own vehicle to get to our shop each morning
- Comfortable working on ladders and at heights
- Able to lift 50 lbs repeatedly through the day
- Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

- Detail-oriented — you notice the streak before the customer does
- Reliable and hardworking, with real pride in a job done right
- Some experience preferred but not required — window cleaning or other exterior/trades work is a real asset, and we'll train the right person from scratch
- A strong customer-service attitude; our reputation is built on how we treat people

WHAT WE OFFER

- 15% commission — roughly $22–$30+ per hour
- All equipment and PPE provided
- Paid training on our process, safety, and standards
- A tight-knit crew that takes the work seriously
- A May–October seasonal role with a real path to year-round work for technicians who prove themselves

Pay: $22.00-$30.00 per hour
