The Wellnest Family Clinic is looking for a passionate and compassionate Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) to join our growing multidisciplinary wellness team.

As an RMT at The Wellnest, you’ll have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients, with a special focus on prenatal, postpartum, pediatric, and family wellness. We believe in collaborative, whole-person care, and we’re looking for someone who shares our passion for creating a warm, welcoming experience where patients feel supported throughout every stage of life.

This is an exciting opportunity for an RMT who enjoys working with families and wants to be part of a collaborative team alongside chiropractors, physiotherapists, naturopaths, acupuncturists, counsellors, osteopathic practitioners, lactation consultants, and other wellness professionals.

Duties

- Provide safe, professional, and individualized massage therapy treatments based on each patient's needs and goals
- Perform thorough assessments and develop personalized treatment plans
- Provide care for a diverse patient population, including pregnant individuals, postpartum parents, children, teens, and adults
- Support common prenatal and postpartum concerns such as muscle tension, postural changes, back and hip discomfort, neck and shoulder tension, and physical recovery following birth
- Incorporate appropriate techniques to support relaxation, mobility, recovery, and overall well-being
- Collaborate with other practitioners at The Wellnest to provide coordinated, multidisciplinary care when appropriate
- Educate patients on home care, stretching, mobility, positioning, and other appropriate self-care recommendations
- Maintain accurate and detailed clinical records and treatment notes
- Create a safe, comfortable, inclusive, and welcoming treatment environment
- Follow all professional, health, safety, privacy, and regulatory requirements




- Build positive relationships with patients and contribute to a warm, family-focused clinic experience
- Participate in ongoing professional development and stay current with evidence-informed massage therapy practices

Requirements

- Registered and in good standing with the appropriate regulatory body
- Valid professional liability insurance
- Strong knowledge of anatomy, musculoskeletal health, and therapeutic massage techniques
- Experience or interest in prenatal and postpartum massage
- An interest in working with pediatric and family populations is considered an asset
- Comfortable working with a variety of ages, health concerns, and treatment goals
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Warm, compassionate, and patient-centred approach to care
- Ability to work independently while being an active and collaborative member of a multidisciplinary team
- Strong organizational and documentation skills
- Commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality and professional standards

Pay: $40,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
