Wilsons Heating specializes in custom heating solutions, providing service to thousands of home- and business-owners in Nova Scotia and New Brunswick. With 110+ years providing comfort solutions Atlantic Canadians, you'll be joining a trusted team of experts who pride themselves on delivering an exceptional client experience.

As the successful candidate, you will be primarily responsible for dispatching oil and propane delivery drivers, accurate and timely data entry, analyzing data and reaching out to obtain missing data when necessary, answering and routing phone calls, customer service, and other general administrative duties.

This role reports to the Branch/Admin Manager and works closely with several other team members.

Qualifications:

- Minimum 1 year of experience in a fast-paced customer service role
- Experience in dispatching is an asset
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Knowledge of GPS systems; familiar with Nova Scotia areas geography
- Multitasking skills




- Ability to maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment; for example, to triage customer requests to efficiently schedule service technicians
- Knowledge of computer programs and aptitude to learn new software systems
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience in another data entry or customer service role is an asset

Compensation:
This position is compensated at $48,000 - $50,000 per year depending on experience.
