Go Time Ag Inc. is seeking a dependable, hands-on Operations Assistant to join our team in Leader or Kindersley.

This is a practical role supporting customers, product movement, inventory, equipment, and day-to-day site operations. You will work closely with the Go Time Ag team to ensure products are handled safely, customer orders are completed accurately, and operations run efficiently.

We are looking for someone who enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in doing things properly, and is willing to jump in wherever needed. You are dependable, safety-focused, and comfortable working in an environment where priorities can change quickly, particularly during the busy agricultural season.

Key Responsibilities

Operations & Product Handling

- Load, unload, move, and organize seed, fertilizer, crop protection products, and other inventory.
- Prepare customer orders and ensure products are accurately picked, loaded, and ready for delivery or pickup.
- Deliver products to customers and between Go Time Ag locations as required.
- Operate forklifts, skid steers, loaders, and other equipment safely and responsibly.
- Assist with inventory counts, product movement, and inventory records.
- Ensure products are stored and handled safely and in accordance with applicable requirements.




- Support changing operational priorities throughout the season.

Equipment, Yard & Facility Support

- Assist with routine equipment inspections, cleaning, servicing, and general maintenance.
- Maintain warehouses, yards, shops, and work areas in a clean, safe, and organized condition.
- Identify equipment or facility concerns and communicate them appropriately.
- Assist with preparing equipment and facilities for seasonal operations.
- Follow safe work practices when operating equipment, handling products, and completing daily tasks.
- Travel between Go Time Ag locations when required to support operational needs.

Customer & Team Support

- Provide friendly, practical, and responsive service to customers.
- Work closely with Sales, Administration, and Operations to ensure customer orders are completed accurately and on time.
- Communicate customer needs, product availability, and operational concerns to the appropriate team members.
- Assist with deliveries and customer requests during busy periods.
- Participate in team meetings, training, safety activities, and company initiatives.
- Take on additional responsibilities as seasonal and business needs change.

What You Bring

- Previous experience in agriculture, agricultural retail, farm operations, warehousing, transportation, or a related environment is an asset.
- Experience operating forklifts, skid steers, loaders, or other agricultural equipment is an asset.
- Valid driver’s licence with a clean driver’s abstract.
- Class 1A driver’s licence is considered a strong asset.
- Physically able to safely lift and handle products and materials as required.




- Comfortable working outdoors and in varying weather conditions.
- Willing and able to work extended hours during peak agricultural seasons.
- Strong commitment to safety and attention to detail.
- Dependable, practical, and willing to take ownership of responsibilities.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Comfortable learning new equipment, products, processes, and technology.
