Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Sales and Parts Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and negotiation skills, with a background in retail sales, dealership experience, or powersport repair. This role involves engaging with customers, managing sales transactions, and supporting marketing efforts to drive business growth. Familiarity with POS systems is highly valued to enhance customer interactions and order fulfillment. The Sales Associate will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service while maintaining organizational efficiency within our retail environment.

Responsibilities

- Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting products or services that meet their needs
- Manage sales transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash or card payments with professionalism
- Provide detailed product information, including automotive parts or services, leveraging powersport repair knowledge when applicable
- Engage in effective communication and negotiation to close sales and maximize customer satisfaction
- Support marketing initiatives by promoting current promotions or new products to customers




- Maintain organized displays and ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of the sales area
- Process orders efficiently, ensuring timely fulfillment and accurate record-keeping using Microsoft Excel or other organizational tools
- Handle customer inquiries via phone with professional phone etiquette and provide excellent customer service
- Collaborate with team members to meet sales targets and improve overall store performance

Qualifications

- Proven experience in retail sales, dealership environments, or automotive repair is preferred
- Familiarity with POS systems, cashiering, and order fulfillment processes
- Strong communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in maintaining displays and records
- Ability to handle cash handling duties accurately and responsibly
- Experience in marketing, sales management, or customer service roles is a plus
- Demonstrated ability to negotiate effectively and provide outstanding customer service
- Previous experience working with automotive parts or services is advantageous but not required

Job Types: Full time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $18.00-$25.00 per hour
