Duties

- Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair
- Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to enhance their experience
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including glassware, utensils, and supplies
- Manage cash handling transactions accurately using POS systems such as Micros POS or similar platforms
- Monitor guest consumption to promote responsible drinking and ensure safety compliance
- Restock bar supplies as needed, including alcohol, mixers, garnishes, and utensils




- Follow all food safety and food handling guidelines to uphold health standards at all times

Skills

- Proven experience in bartending or food service roles within a restaurant or hospitality setting
- Strong knowledge of POS systems like Micros POS for productive order processing and cashiering
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to connect with diverse guests quickly
- Effective time management skills to handle busy periods smoothly without sacrificing quality
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling, change calculation, and inventory management
- Familiarity with food safety regulations and proper food handling procedures
- Ability to multitask efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in a lively environment
