We are currently looking to screen for Sales and Service Representative to support our clients team. We are looking for 6-month contracts or less depending on the needs of the business. This role involves building solid customer relationships, promoting our products, and driving sales growth. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a customer-focused attitude, and the ability to effectively upsell and merchandise products.

*This role follows a 7-days-on, 7-days-off rotation with 12-hour shifts. Shifts alternate between days and nights, switching upon return from the 7-day break. Bus transportation is provided.

Job duties include:

- Exceptional customer service, including processing customer transactions at a tool crib or store location
- Management and tasks related to refilling vending machines and Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI)
- Collaborating with the customer on program and product updates for vending/VMI programs
- Conducting day-to-day execution of the Tool Management Program
- Service the customer’s specific needs, including but not limited to VMI and vending unit replenishment
- Learn and navigate various computer systems and applications for customer-facing and warehouse activities
- Agility to shift focus from assisting customers to other branch tasks specific to operations




- Maintain knowledge of and ensure compliance with Grainger and customer-specific life-saving rules and safety training
- Perform housekeeping duties as needed to ensure the branch meets Grainger standards

Qualifications

- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- 1–3 years of experience in a related field preferred
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driver’s abstract
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Ability to pass alcohol and drug screening
