We are seeking a dedicated part-time person to join our team in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.

About the Role:
As the first point of contact, you will play a key role in maintaining the professional operation of the clinic. Your interpersonal skills, computer proficiency, and attention to detail will ensure clients feel supported while administrative processes flow efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

- Posting on social media and supporting online client engagement
- Greet and assist clients with professionalism and warmth
- Manage scheduling, phone calls, emails, and appointment coordination
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in reception area and treatment rooms
- Support the team with documentation and electronic medical records

Qualifications & Skills:

- Strong computer skills
- Solid knowledge of posting on social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, etc.)




- Previous experience in a medical or aesthetic practice is a strong asset
- Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMRs) and medical terminology
- Demonstrated strength in multitasking, problem-solving, and time management
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A positive, inviting, and skilled demeanor

Schedule Requirements:

- Mondays and Fridays from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
- Wednesdays from 12:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.
- Ability to cover additional hours, up to full-time, is an asset.
