Overview
We are seeking a talented and personable Esthetician to join our beauty team. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for enhancing clients’ appearance and confidence through a variety of beauty services. This role offers an exciting prospect to showcase skills in Advance Facials, Manicure, Pedicure, nail care, body waxing, eyelash extensions, and more. The Esthetician will provide exceptional guest services in a welcoming environment, ensuring clients leave feeling satisfied and refreshed. A strong focus on sanitation, customer service, and effective communication is crucial for success in this position.

Responsibilities

- Perform a wide range of beauty treatments, including Advanced Facial, Manicure, Pedicure, nail care, body waxing, and eyelash extensions
- Deliver outstanding guest services by understanding client needs and providing personalized recommendations
- Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in all work areas and tools, adhering to health regulations
- Assist with retail sales by recommending and upselling Self-care, Skin-care products to clients during their visit
- Conduct product demos and educate clients on the benefits of various beauty treatments and products
- Manage front desk duties such as scheduling appointments, greeting guests, and handling inquiries efficiently
- Provide professional advice on beauty routines and skincare to enhance client satisfaction




- Uphold a welcoming atmosphere by demonstrating excellent hospitality and guest service skills

Qualifications

- Valid Esthetician certification as required by regulations
- Proven experience in Esthetician, Manicure, Pedicure, nail care, or related beauty services
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clients
- Knowledge of sanitation standards and best practices in a salon environment
- Ability to perform Esthetic Services, and other specialized treatments is preferred
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Ability to upsell products confidently while maintaining a focus on client satisfaction
- Experience with retail sales, product demos, and front desk operations is a plus
- A passion for the beauty industry and staying current with trends and techniques

Pay: From $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 42.0 per week
