SM Polymers Inc. continues to grow!

We are a plastic resin distributor located Fergus, Ontario with sales across North America.

This is a Full Time position, with future room for advancement.

Principle Duties and Responsibilities

- Receive and process customer orders.
- Dispatch our daily work load to ensure order fulfillment.
- Update customers regarding their order status.
- Prepare shipping documents .
- Update and manage company databases.
- Respond in a timely manner to customer inquiries.
- Work with sales reps to manage inventories and open orders
- Prepare shipping / customs documents for clearing
- Attention to detail and multitasking is an essential requirement

Industry experience, a working knowledge of Quickbooks & MS Office would be an asset.



Customer Service and Logistics experience would be a bonus.

Salary $24/hr to start (or more depending on Experience).

After a 3-month probationary period there will be a further increase and potential enrollment in our perks plan.
