We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Workshop Assistant to join our dynamic manufacturing team. In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting daily workshop operations, ensuring that production processes run smoothly and efficiently. Your hands-on skills and mechanical knowledge will contribute to assembling, maintaining, and organizing equipment and materials, helping us deliver quality products on time. Responsibilities

- Assist with the assembly and disassembly of lighting fixture components using hand tools to meet product specifications
- Prepare and fulfill fixture repairs
- Maintain a clean, organized workshop by managing inventory, tools, and materials effectively.

- Collaborate with team members to complete manufacturing tasks efficiently and accurately.

Qualifications

- Mechanical knowledge or familiarity with assembly processes is highly advantageous.
