Family-owned and operated since 1957, we have spent decades building a dealership grounded in integrity, exceptional client care, and genuine respect for our staff. We pride ourselves on having one of the most long-tenured teams in the industry—because when great people join us, they tend to stay.
European vehicles demand precision engineering, and our service experience reflects that standard. We are looking for a professional, client-focused Service Advisor who values long-term customer relationships over high-pressure sales.

- Paid Birthday Off: A dedicated paid day off to celebrate you every year.
- Competitive Earning Potential: Solid base salary plus performance-based incentives and bonuses.
- Full Benefits: Comprehensive extended health, and dental coverage.
- Professional Growth: Factory certification and paid manufacturer training programs.
- Positive Shop Culture: A well-organized, collaborative drive-through and workshop backed by experienced technicians.
- Experienced supportive management team: We believe in a supportive, collaborative team environment.
What You’ll Do
- Greet clients warmly, conduct thorough walk-arounds, and translate diagnostic findings and maintenance needs into clear, honest recommendations.
- Serve as the trusted liaison between our clients and factory-trained technicians, managing job progression and timeline expectations.
- Present multi-point inspection results, routine service schedules, and repair estimates transparently.
- Champion exceptional Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) scores by delivering a high-touch, premium experience.
- Review completed repair orders for accuracy and conduct smooth vehicle handovers.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience: Minimum 2+ years of experience as an Automotive Service Advisor (European or import brand experience strongly preferred).
- Communication: Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to maintain composure and clarity during peak morning check-ins.
- Systems Proficiency: Experience with DMS software with CDK and electronic MPI tools like X Time.
