Join a Growing Restoration Team in Kamloops

We are a full-service restoration company providing high-quality residential and commercial restoration services throughout Kamloops and the surrounding areas. As our company continues to grow, we are looking for skilled and motivated carpenters to join our team.

We're seeking someone who enjoys variety in their work and takes pride in seeing projects through from start to finish. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of managing projects with minimal supervision while maintaining a high standard of workmanship and safety.

What You'll Do

- Perform a wide range of carpentry and restoration tasks on residential and commercial projects
- Perform structural repairs and rebuilds on residential and commercial properties affected by damage
- Conduct demolition of damaged components and prepare areas for rebuild.
- Maintain an organized, efficient, and safe work setting
- Communicate effectively with team members, clients, and subcontractors
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and company standards

What We're Looking For

- Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to anticipate job requirements and work efficiently.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively receive, understand, and relay information.
- Ability to maintain quality standards through careful attention to detail and consistent workmanship.
- Experience using hand and power tools safely and effectively
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in varied environments (dust, smoke, mold, water)




- Comfortable learning and utilizing new technology and software platforms as required.
- Accredited Carpentry Certification is required
- Experience in residential carpentry, including framing, dimensional lumber, and finishing work.
- Able to pass a criminal record check
- Valid driver's licence with a clean driver's abstract

Schedule

- Primarily Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
- Occasional evenings, weekends, and on-call work as required
- Overtime opportunities may be available

Working Conditions

This is a physically active role in a fast-paced environment. Candidates must be comfortable:

- Standing, kneeling, lifting, and carrying materials for extended periods
- Using hand and power tools daily
- Wearing required PPE, including steel-toed work boots
- Travelling to job sites that may be up to two hours from Kamloops
- Following all WorkSafeBC safety protocols at all times

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $30.00-$37.00 per hour
