Job Title: Car Salesperson (Used Vehicles)

Compensation: 100% Commission

Job Description:
We are hiring 2 experienced car salespeople for our used-car dealership in Scarborough. This is a commission-only role with strong earning potential, supported by an inventory of approximately 100+ vehicles.

Key Responsibilities

- Respond promptly to internet leads and incoming customer inquiries by phone, text and email.
- Make daily outbound calls and follow up consistently with prospective and existing customers.
- Build relationships with customers, determine their vehicle needs and recommend suitable options.
- Schedule and confirm showroom, test-drive and delivery appointments.
- Greet customers professionally and provide vehicle presentations and demonstrations.
- Conduct test drives and explain vehicle features, benefits and available options.
- Follow up with customers after appointments and maintain communication throughout the sales process.
- Use social media and online networking platforms to generate leads and attract potential customers.
- Continuously develop knowledge of dealership inventory, vehicle features, financing options and current promotions.
- Meet established targets for calls, appointments, vehicle sales and customer follow-ups.
- Follow all company policies, procedures and applicable provincial regulations.
- Provide professional customer service before, during and after the sale.

Schedule and Availability

- This is a full-time,



in-store position with scheduled working hours.
- Candidates must be available to work mornings, evenings and weekends based on the dealership schedule.
- Salespeople are expected to respond to customer inquiries outside their regular in-store hours when reasonably required. Consistent follow-up and availability can directly increase sales and commission earnings.

Qualifications

- Previous experience in sales, automotive sales, customer service or a related field is preferred but not required.
- Robust verbal and written communication skills.
- Confident communicating by phone, text, email and social media.
- Self-motivated, dependable and results-oriented.
- Strong customer-service and relationship-building skills.
- Comfortable working with sales targets and performance expectations.
- Ability to manage multiple leads and follow-up tasks.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic computer skills and willingness to learn dealership CRM systems.
- Valid Ontario driver’s licence with a clean driving record.
