Tsingbei Education is seeking a motivated and organized Academic Advisor to support high school and university students with academic planning, educational guidance, and student services.

The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, enjoys working with students and families, and is able to provide professional and personalized educational support in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

- Welcome students and parents and provide educational guidance and academic support
- Assist students with university planning, academic pathways, and program selection
- Support students in preparing application-related materials and online submissions
- Maintain regular communication with students and families regarding progress and planning
- Collaborate with the education team to deliver personalized support and student services
- Maintain skilled customer service and a positive learning environment
- Assist with administrative and coordination tasks as needed

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree required




- Preference will be given to candidates with extensive experience in U.S. and Canadian university admissions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluent in English and Mandarin Chinese
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Previous experience in education, advising, tutoring, or student support preferred
- Experience studying or living in Canada preferred

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $28.00-$40.00 per hour
