Job Description: Counter Rep, you will play a critical role in our operations, working both in the front of the store and in the warehouse. This hybrid position involves customer interaction, sales, and logistical tasks to ensure smooth and efficient service.

Key Responsibilities:

- Customer Service & Sales:
- Assist customers in-person and over the phone with product inquiries and sales.
- Process orders, handle transactions, and provide product recommendations.
- Maintain product knowledge and stay up-to-date with recent offerings and industry trends.
- Warehouse Duties:
- Receive, inspect, and stock incoming inventory.
- Prepare and pack orders for shipment.
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse.
- Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
- Storefront Responsibilities:
- Ensure the storefront is well-organized and visually appealing.
- Restock shelves and ensure products are accurately labeled.




- Assist in maintaining inventory records and conducting regular stock counts.

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in sales, logistics, or a related field is a plus.
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or warehouse operations preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) and operate warehouse equipment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory management systems.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $23.00-$25.00 per hour

Experience:

- Retail sales: 2 years (required)
- warehouse: 2 years (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Forklift Licence (preferred)
