Branded by Collins is a growing custom apparel and promotional products company in London, Ontario. We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented person to join our production team in a full-time Embroidery & Sewing position.

We are looking for someone with previous embroidery, sewing, garment, textile or other hands-on production experience. Commercial embroidery experience is an asset, but we are willing to train the right person on our equipment and processes.

What You’ll Do

- Operate commercial embroidery equipment to decorate hats, shirts, jackets, uniforms and other apparel
- Set up garments and embroidery jobs according to customer specifications
- Load and unload garments accurately and efficiently
- Change threads, needles and other machine components as required
- Monitor embroidery machines and identify production issues
- Perform quality control on finished products
- Trim and clean finished embroidery
- Perform sewing and other garment-related production tasks
- Prepare, fold and package completed customer orders
- Assist with general production duties as required
- Maintain a clean, organized and efficient production area

What We’re Looking For

The ideal candidate enjoys working with their hands and takes pride in doing quality work.

Experience in any of the following is an asset:

- Commercial or home embroidery
- Sewing or garment construction
- Alterations
- Industrial sewing
- Upholstery




- Quilting
- Textile or apparel production
- Screen printing or heat transfer
- Other hands-on production or manufacturing

You don’t need to have experience in all of these areas. We’re looking for someone with transferable skills who is willing to learn.

You should also be:

- Detail-oriented and quality-conscious
- Reliable and punctual
- Comfortable performing repetitive production tasks
- Able to follow instructions and customer specifications
- Comfortable learning new equipment and computer-based production systems
- Able to work independently and as part of a small team
- Comfortable standing for extended periods
- Able to lift and move boxes of apparel and supplies as required

What We Offer

Job Type: Full-time

Hours: Monday to Friday, 10:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.

Pay: $17.96 – $22.68 per hour, based on experience

Location: London, Ontario
