Bartender – Chuck’s Roadhouse Bar & Grill, Stouffville

Chuck’s Roadhouse Bar & Grill in Stouffville is looking for experienced, energetic, and reliable Bartenders to join our team.

We are looking for individuals who are confident behind the bar, provide excellent customer service, and can work efficiently in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

Responsibilities include:

- Preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to company recipes and standards
- Providing fast, friendly, and professional service to bar guests
- Taking food and drink orders accurately
- Maintaining knowledge of beer, wine, spirits, cocktails, and menu items
- Processing payments and handling cash accurately
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and properly stocked bar
- Completing opening, closing, and side duties
- Monitoring guest alcohol consumption and following responsible service practices
- Working closely with servers, kitchen staff, and management
- Following all Smart Serve, food safety, and company procedures
- Assisting with inventory control and reducing product waste

Requirements:

- Valid Smart Serve certification




- Previous bartending experience is strongly preferred
- Strong knowledge of liquor, beer, wine, and basic cocktails
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work quickly and accurately during busy periods
- Strong multitasking and organizational skills
- Reliable, punctual, and professional
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Comfortable working independently as well as part of a team
