- Communicate effectively with construction crews, drivers, and pedestrians to coordinate movements and provide instructions
- Assist in the installation and removal of temporary traffic control devices as project phases progress




- Conduct routine inspections of signage and safety equipment to ensure proper placement and functionality
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures diligently to protect yourself, coworkers, and the public

Experience

- Prior experience in traffic control, construction, or related fields is preferred but not required; on-the-job training will be provided
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work outdoors in various weather conditions is essential
- Solid communication skills and a proactive attitude are key to success in this energetic role
