Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Order Picker to join our client's warehouse team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring that customer orders are accurately picked, packed, and prepared for shipment. This position requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced workplace.

The position entails primarily of case count order picking.

These positions are full time. Must have flexibility to work Monday to Sunday.

Afternoon and night shifts available

Please note this is not a forklift position

Responsibilities

- Accurately case pick and pack orders according to customer specifications and company standards.
- Utilize hand trucks to move products safely if needed.
- Maintain organization of inventory by ensuring all items are stored in their designated locations.
- Conduct regular inventory checks to ensure stock levels are accurate and report discrepancies as needed.




- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean working environment at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily operational goals and meet deadlines.

Requirements

- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in warehouse or retail order picking role is mandatory.
- Previous experience in case count order picking a must
- Ability to lift heavy items (up to 50 pounds) and stand for long periods.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Basic math skills for inventory management and order accuracy.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a team environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $18.00 per hour

Experience:

- Order picking: 2 years (required)
- Warehouse: 1 year (preferred)
- Case count order picking: 1 year (preferred)
