Computer Technician / Help Desk Specialist

We’re looking for a friendly, reliable, and technically skilled person to join our team!

What You’ll Do

- Diagnose and repair PCs, laptops, and peripherals
- Install and troubleshoot Windows, macOS, and software
- Provide basic network, Wi-Fi, and connectivity support
- Perform computer setup, maintenance, and upgrades
- Help customers with technical questions and provide excellent customer service

What We’re Looking For

- Experience with computer repair or technical support
- Good knowledge of PC hardware and Windows
- Basic networking knowledge
- Familiarity with macOS, Microsoft Office, and Linux is an asset
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Customer-service oriented and able to work independently

Job Type: Part time, lead to full time Permanent
