Robertson Landscapes is looking for a reliable and experienced Landscape Crew Member to join our growing team.

We are looking for someone with previous experience working in landscaping, lawn care, property maintenance, snow removal, or a related field. This role involves year-round outdoor work, including lawn maintenance, cleanups, garden work, landscaping projects, and snow removal.

The ideal candidate is dependable, hardworking, physically capable, comfortable using professional equipment, and takes pride in producing high-quality work.

Responsibilities

- Lawn mowing, trimming, edging, and blowing
- Spring and fall property cleanups
- Garden maintenance, pruning, planting, edging, and mulching
- Assist with patios, sod installation, grading, and other landscape projects
- Operate commercial mowers, trimmers, blowers, and other equipment
- Load and unload equipment and materials
- Keep vehicles, trailers, and equipment clean and organized
- Work efficiently as part of a small crew
- Maintain a high standard of workmanship at every property

Winter Responsibilities

During the winter, this position transitions into snow removal, including:

- Clearing driveways, walkways, entrances, and commercial areas
- Operating snow blowers, shovels, and salting equipment
- Working during snow events, including early mornings, overnight shifts,



weekends, and holidays
- Completing properties safely and efficiently

Qualifications

- Previous professional landscaping, lawn care, property maintenance, or snow removal experience required
- Experience operating landscaping equipment
- Valid Ontario G driver’s licence preferred
- Trailer driving experience is an asset
- Reliable, punctual, and physically capable
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Snow removal experience is strongly preferred

Pay: $21.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20.0 – 40.0 per week
