Responsibilities

- Thoroughly clean and sanitize all areas of the property, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and common spaces
- Change linens, towels, and replenish amenities to ensure a fresh environment for each guest
- Perform laundry duties efficiently, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and towels
- Manage time effectively to complete cleaning tasks within scheduled windows and maintain a consistent workflow
- Communicate professionally with hosts or property managers regarding cleaning schedules or special requests
- Maintain organizational skills by keeping cleaning supplies stocked and properly stored




- Ensure all cleaning procedures meet health and safety standards, adhering to company guidelines and guest expectations

Requirements

- Fluent in English;
- Experience in residential cleaning or hospitality environments preferred but not required
- Strong organizational skills with excellent time management abilities
- Ability to perform laundry tasks efficiently and handle cleaning equipment safely
- Exceptional customer service skills with clear communication abilities
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques, sanitation standards, and hospitality practices
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high-quality standards
