ABOUT THE POSITION

Nahanni Construction Ltd. is currently accepting resumes for the Crusher Tower Operator position to work at the Giant Mine site in Yellowknife, NT. The successful candidate will work on a rotational schedule, and camp accommodations will be provided.

SCOPE

- Operate and monitor crusher tower equipment to support safe and efficient aggregate production.
- Monitor material flow through the crushing and screening system and make operational adjustments as required.
- Operate and monitor Sandvik Jaw CJ 412, Cone CH 660, and associated conveyors and equipment.
- Perform pre-operational inspections and routine equipment checks, identifying and reporting deficiencies or maintenance requirements.
- Monitor equipment performance and promptly respond to alarms, blockages, or other operating issues.
- Coordinate with loader, haul truck, crusher, and maintenance personnel to maintain consistent production.
- Assist with troubleshooting, minor maintenance, housekeeping, and cleanup around the crusher tower and conveyor systems.
- Follow established operating procedures,



lockout/tagout requirements, and site-specific health and safety procedures.
- Complete required operating logs, inspection records, and production documentation.
- Perform other duties related to crushing operations as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS

- Five (5) years’ crushing experience with two (2) years of tower experience in the mining sector is preferred
- Safety-oriented
- Ability to follow directions
- Familiar with aggregate specifications
- Familiar with Sandvik Jaw CJ 412 and Cone CH 660
- Ability to perform pre-operation inspections
