Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Automotive Refinish Technician to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for restoring vehicles to their original appearance through expert refinishing techniques. Duties

- Prepare vehicle surfaces by cleaning, sanding, and masking to ensure optimal paint adhesion and finish quality
- Apply primer, base coats, clear coats, and touch-up paints using spray guns and other power tools with precision and consistency
- Follow safety protocols and proper handling procedures for hazardous materials such as paints, solvents, and chemicals
- Conduct quality inspections to verify the finish meets company standards and customer expectations
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring all tools and equipment are properly stored after use

Experience





- Previous dealership experience or automotive repair background preferred
- Strong mechanical knowledge of vehicle systems and body components
- Hands-on experience with hand tools, power tools, and spray equipment used in automotive refinishing
- Familiarity with automotive repair processes and techniques is highly desirable
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently in a busy workshop setting
- Demonstrated commitment to safety procedures and quality workmanship

Pay: $20.53-$40.89 per hour
