Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic and dynamic Store Manager to lead our pizza restaurant team to success! Responsibilities

- Oversee all store operations, including sales, inventory management, and customer service standards.
- Lead, motivate, and supervise a diverse team of sales associates and staff to achieve sales goals and deliver outstanding service.
- Implement effective merchandising strategies to maximize product visibility and drive revenue growth.
- Manage payroll, budgeting, and purchasing activities to ensure operational efficiency and financial health.
- Conduct recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, training, and ongoing development of team members.
- Handle cash management duties such as cashiering, cash handling procedures, and balancing registers accurately.
- Utilize POS (Point of Sale) systems for transactions and inventory tracking; ensure proper pricing and promotional displays.




- Develop marketing initiatives to increase store traffic and customer engagement through local outreach or promotional events.
- Maintain organized records of sales, bookkeeping, and administrative documentation with precision.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, health & safety standards, and store procedures at all times.

Experience

- Proven supervisory or managerial experience within retail or food
- Strong background in merchandising, sales management, and customer service is required.
- Demonstrated skills in negotiation, team leadership, training & development, and communication are vital for success.
- Experience with payroll processing, budgeting, bookkeeping, and administrative tasks is highly desirable.
- Multilingual abilities or bilingual proficiency are a plus for serving diverse customer bases effectively.
- Prior familiarity with POS systems, cashiering procedures, pricing strategies, and marketing initiatives will set candidates apart.
- Excellent organizational skills combined with time management expertise enable efficient store operations.
