A Flash Pharmacy manager will oversee the overall operations of the pharmacy, including providing consultation to patients and health care providers, practising to full scope in providing professional services, dispensing medication, and maintaining the dispensary.

Duties:

- Manage all aspects of pharmacy operations, including medication dispensing, inventory control, and staff supervision.
- Provide expert patient care by offering medication counseling, answering questions about prescriptions, and advising on proper medication use.
- Ensure accurate medication administration in accordance with medical terminology and healthcare protocols.




- Collaborate with healthcare providers to optimize patient treatment plans, especially in hospital or acute care settings.
- Maintain meticulous records of prescriptions, patient interactions, and medication transactions to ensure compliance and safety.
- Lead efforts to uphold safety standards, including medication storage, handling procedures, and infection control practices.
- Stay current with industry regulations and best practices to continuously improve pharmacy services.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree.
- Licensed and in good standing with the College of Pharmacists of BC.
- Certified to administer immunizations.
- Robust communication and collaboration skills.
- Proficiency with WinRx is an asset, though training will be provided.
- Preffered Farsi (Persian) Speaking.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $50.00-$60.00 per hour
