About the Role
As part of our team, you will provide high-quality nursing care in clients’ homes. Responsibilities may include:
- Medication administration and management
- Personal care support
- Enteral nutrition, G-tube feeding, and care
- Suctioning and airway management
- Observing and assessing clients’ overall health and well-being
- Wound care and dressing changes
- Catheter care and management of urinary devices
- Oxygen therapy management
- Pain assessment and management
- Blood glucose monitoring and diabetes care
- Supporting mobility and safe transfers
- Providing guidance and education to clients, families, and other care providers
- Documentation of care and interventions
Training is provided, so even if you haven’t performed every task recently, you’ll be fully supported to provide safe and effective care.
Qualifications
- Current RN or RPN license in good standing
- CPR and First Aid certification
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work independently and use sound clinical judgment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate, patient, and reliable
Work Environment
- One-on-one care in client homes
- Part-time, casual hours with flexible scheduling
